Zoe
Tutor in Biology and Chemistry
Zoe is Hertford Academy’s principal Biology teacher. A native of Hong Kong, she majored in both Biology and Biochemistry at Hong Kong University, where she stayed to attain a PhD in Biomedical Science in 2013. She has taught Biology at several different levels, for university students in areas related to her specialism of Biomedical Science, and also to secondary school students, for syllabuses such as A-level, GCSE and IB Biology. She is particularly popular for her detailed classroom notes and her ability to explain Biology concepts clearly and thoroughly. As a full-time Research Associate, she is able to offer invaluable advice to our students on careers in scientific research.
